Danie has more than thirty years of experience in all aspects of Psychometrics, People assessment, Competency design, Job profiling, talent management and assessment and development centres. He has extensive experience in consulting to top management and taking responsibility for large scale Psychometric and Competency based Assessment projects, selection and placement assignments and talent management processes. Danie is assisting and supporting TTS clients with services such Competency design and job profiling, implementation of Assessment processes and practices, facilitating of Assessment and Development centres, conducting career interviews and assessments, proving feedback to line manages and candidates and presenting training on the TTS products.
