Anne Buckett is an industrial psychologist and managing director of Precision ACS, providing a wide range of clients with support in the area of competency-based assessment and development. Her main focus and passion is assessment and development centres and she has 20 years’ experience in this area. She has also worked with several large international consulting firms during her career, acquiring experience across a number of specialised HR interventions. Anne has served on various industry committees e.g., Assessment Centre Study Group of South Africa (ACSG), People Assessment in Industry (PAI), and the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychology of South Africa (SIOPSA). She has contributed to book chapters and published several articles on assessment centres in the past decade. She was part of the task team committee responsible for revising best practice guidelines for assessment centres in South Africa in 2007 and 2015 (co-Chair).
