Gerdi Mulder is a senior Industrial Psychologist and Leadership Development specialist with wide global experience. She holds a Masters of Industrial Psychology and specializes in Succession Planning, assessment, Organizational Development, and psychometrics. Gerdi led client engagement for large multinational companies at Deloitte before joining fitt Talent. She has extensive experience in managing integrated Leadership Development and Talent projects. Recent projects include Ohlthaver & List, Santam Insurance, Al-Futtaim, Cognacity, the EPPF to name a few. She is further responsible for the Fitt Academy portfolio as well as the Fitt I/O psychology internship programme.
