Eugene de Bruin (born 1948) established Psynomics, an Industrial Psychology practice in 1990. This practice specializes exclusively in the application of Assessment Technology to help people to make wise decisions about people. Since thattime he has developed customized assessment centres, trained assessors, administrators and conducted assessments in a wide range of work settings. Psynomics Swaziland (Pty) Ltd has been established in 2012.

Prior to 1990 Eugene managed the Assessment Technology department at FSA

Contact (Pty) Ltd. Earlier he held Managerial positions in Human Resources and Training Management. He also worked as an Industrial Relations Consultant in the Mining Industry.

Eugene holds a MA Psychology (Cum Laude) the University of Pretoria, and a BA Honours (Training Management) Rand Afrikaans University.

He is married to Sandra.
